With a particular focus on plant-based nutrition expertise, we guide individuals towards adopting and thriving on a predominantely whole foods plant-based diet, ensuring they meet their nutritional needs while aligning with their values.

My Story

Hi there, I'm Carina.
My journey into the world of nutrition began in high school, but my love for nature led me to pursue studies in Environmental Sciences.
Having embraced a vegetarian lifestyle for over fifteen years and transitioning to a vegan lifestyle nearly four years ago, I've delved deep into the world of nutrition.

 

Now, I'm eager to share the incredible benefits of this lifestyle. My studies in nutrition, coupled with a focus on holistic wellbeing, have been instrumental in my own healing journey over the past few years. I understand the complexities and challenges of life, and I'm here to guide others towards a nourished body and soul.

 

With a special interest in plant-based diets and mental health, my own experiences have taught me the profound impact a balanced diet and a clear mind can have on our overall wellbeing.

 

Beyond nutrition, you'll often find me immersed in nature, exploring new places with my partner and our two furry companions.
